Dr. Karlene Cunningham
Dr. Karlene Cunningham is a clinical psychologist and academic whose work exemplifies positive change through ethical, community-engaged capacity building. Her foundational research experiences taught her to build deep trusting relationships with communities to achieve the best outcomes. She has also continuously expanded her expertise to be more interdisciplinary and impactful.

As director of the innovative Sexual Health and Reproductive Equity Engagement (SHaRE2) Lab, Dr. Cunningham takes a place-based, community-driven approach. Her current scholarship examines barriers marginalized birthing people face, especially in rural areas, through the use of diverse methods from data science, AI/ML, affective neuroscience, and change management. By deeply understanding the cultural context through community partnerships, she co-creates practical, sustainable strategies to improve perinatal mental health services.

At her core, Dr. Cunningham is service and mission-oriented. She empowers stakeholders through interactive trainings in culturally responsive practices and ethical, inclusive methods across research, education, and patient care. She has a track record of initiatives demonstrating her expertise in uplifting diverse voices and prioritizing humanistic care.

Motivated to expand inclusive practices beyond academia, Dr. Cunningham Co-founded Vicama Insights. With her guidance, we collaborate with clients to dismantle systemic barriers, co-develop customized solutions grounded in community needs, and implement lasting accountability.

Domini Cunningham is a multifaceted design leader with a career steeped in shaping livable and sustainable spaces. His journey began in architectural studies, where he honed his technical skills and design thinking. This foundation proved invaluable as he pursued dual Master's degrees in Landscape Architecture and Community Planning, igniting a passion for creating environments that seamlessly integrate with the natural world.

His experience extends to city planning, where he has tackled urban development challenges with a keen eye for sustainability, both from a public and private perspective. One of Domini's key capabilities is his ability to adapt and excel in various settings when it comes to design.

Early in his career, Domini developed a passion for solving social and spatial issues through design that integrates sustainable practices. He champions using green infrastructure and natural solutions to ensure minimal environmental disruption alongside essential construction projects.
